In this special podcast of YTMahendra Podcast, we discuss the world of Tantra, Shabar Vidya, and Shatkarma with Gunjan Mehra – a renowned astrologer, paranormal expert, and spiritual guide. He is known for his expertise in astrology, numerology, Vastu, and psychic sciences. Gunjan has been helping people understand the hidden layers of spiritual traditions and the realities of paranormal practices.

Unlike the stereotypes and fear often attached to the word Tantra, this conversation explores the subject with honesty, clarity, and ancient wisdom. From the difference between Tantra and Bhakti, the significance of mantras and belief, the origins of Tantra Vidyas, to the much-debated topics of Shabar Vidya, Shatkarma, Vashikaran, and Sanjeevani Vidya, Gunjan sheds light on both the mystical and practical sides of these practices.

The podcast also brings chilling real-life stories, including paranormal cases, black magic experiences, and the infamous Delhi Horror House, while also guiding listeners on how to identify fraud in the spiritual market, protect themselves from negative energies, and understand the true purpose of Tantra in one’s spiritual journey.

This conversation is not just about rituals or fear, but about awakening curiosity, questioning blind beliefs, and discovering the real essence of mystical sciences in everyday life.

Gunjan Mehra takes us into the world of Shatkarma, the six powerful actions in Tantra, especially through the lens of Shabar Vidya.

Now, for most people, Tantra sounds scary. But Gunjan explains it in a way that makes sense even to those hearing it for the first time. In Shabar Vidya, the mantras are simple, often in local languages, and directly connected to deities and Siddhas. That’s why they are easy to practice but still carry tremendous energy.

  1. Shanti (Peace) – Used to calm down problems, heal diseases, and remove negativity from life. Think of it as a way to restore balance.
  2. Vashikaran (Attraction/Influence) – Not just about control, but about creating harmony in relationships and making situations favorable.
  3. Stambhan (Stopping/Freezing) – This is used to stop harmful actions or negative forces. Gunjan even shares how in villages, people used stambhan mantras to stop storms or crop damage.
  4. Vidveshan (Separation/Creating Division) – A more intense practice, where conflicts are created between two people or groups. Traditionally, it was used only when needed for protection.
  5. Uchchatan (Driving Away) – One of the most common practices in Shabar Vidya. It is used to drive away negative people, toxic energies, or disturbing spirits from your life.
  6. Marana (Destruction) – The most dangerous of all. It is said to cause serious harm or even death. Gunjan highlights that true spiritual practitioners rarely use this, because the karmic consequences are heavy.
